ABOUT ALISON LEBOVITZ
Alison combines her penchant for humor with her unique gift for storytelling to deliver an inspiring and motivational message about family, tikkun olam, and the power of Jewish community. Entertaining and dynamic, she is the host of The A List with Alison Lebovitz, a weekly television series for PBS, a TED Talk pro, and the author of Am I There Yet? a collection of her candid essays and life-inspired stories.
As past co-chair of National Young Leadership for the Jewish Federations of North America, Alison has seen the effects of Jewish Federation’s work all over the world, and has been moved to help others realize the power and responsibility we all have to make our world a better place.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Alison graduated with honors from Brandeis University and holds a master’s degree in radio/television/film from Northwestern University. She and her husband, Alan, live in Chattanooga, Tennessee with their three boys, Arthur, Abe and Levi.
